1. INITIAL CONVERSATION
THE PROCESS BEGINS WITH A DISCUSSION TO CLARIFY YOUR PREFERENCES. WE’LL IDENTIFY WHICH OF OUR MURAL DESIGNS YOU'D LIKE HAND-PAINTED, FINALIZE YOUR COLOUR CHOICES, AND DETERMINE YOUR PREFERRED SUBSTRATE—EITHER FAUX SILK OR METALLIC WALLPAPER. FOLLOWING THIS, A QUOTATION AND SAMPLES WILL BE SENT FOR YOUR APPROVAL.
2. SCHEDULING AND PREPARATION
ONCE YOU’RE HAPPY WITH THE QUOTATION AND HAVE APPROVED THE SAMPLES, THE PROJECT WILL BE SCHEDULED. FOR MURALS PAINTED DIRECTLY ON WALLS, WE’LL ARRANGE A DATE THAT SUITS YOU. FOR MURALS PAINTED ON SUBSTRATES, THE TIMELINE WILL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.
3. PAINTING THE MURAL
ALL HAND-PAINTED MURALS ARE CREATED USING SAFE, NON-TOXIC, LOW-ODOR EMULSIONS. FOR HIGH-TRAFFIC AREAS, WE USE A SPECIALIST DIAMOND HARD PAINT, WHICH IS DURABLE AND EASY TO CLEAN. EACH COLOR IS HAND-MIXED ON THE DAY, SO WE CAN MATCH ANY SPECIFIC SHADE OR FABRIC AS NEEDED, ENSURING A COMPLETELY CUSTOM LOOK.
4. COMPLETION OF THE MURAL
- FOR MURALS PAINTED DIRECTLY ON WALLS, THE PROCESS TYPICALLY TAKES UP TO 20 DAYS, DEPENDING ON THE SCALE OF THE PROJECT AND YOUR AVAILABILITY.
- FOR MURALS PAINTED ON SUBSTRATES, COMPLETION USUALLY TAKES 6-8 WEEKS, DEPENDING ON THE STUDIO’S WORKLOAD.

Step 1: Measure the maximum wall dimensions
Height: Measure from floor to ceiling (or the highest point) at several positions, especially the corners. Use the largest measurement to allow sufficient height.
Width: Measure the wall width at the top, middle, and bottom. Use the largest measurement to ensure full coverage.
Step 2: Add a safety allowanceInclude an additional 5–10 cm (2–4 inches) to both the height and width. This extra allowance helps accommodate slight wall irregularities and allows for trimming during installation, ensuring a seamless fit.
Step 3: Include doors and windowsMeasure the wall’s full height and width, including any doors or windows. The mural will be trimmed during installation to fit neatly around these features.
Step 4: Recheck your measurements
Measure everything again before placing your order. Double-checking helps prevent errors. Make sure all measurements use the same unit (centimetres or inches) and that your tape measure is accurate.
