General Shipping Terms

For larger orders* or specific delivery requests, please contact us in advance - we can advise exact costs based on the most effective/or desired delivery way.

*example - over 5m fabric, over 5 wallpaper rolls, over 5 panels of wallcovering.

We currently offer shipping to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. For rest of world, or a particular country is not available for delivery on checkout, please enquire on info@damiandem.com.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimated only and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

If you wish to speak to us about other delivery options, including international shipping to countries not listed then please contact us on info@damiandem.com and we’ll be very happy to help you!

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery relies on our couriers to keep up their side of the deal too. Ongoing reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred through the fault of the couriers

We strongly advise that you do not book tradesmen until you have the goods on site.

SHIPPING COST

The cost of shipping depends on the destination and weight of your order. Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs charges and fees, depending on the contents and value, which you will be required to pay prior to your order being released. The customs authorities in the country of destination determine whether charges are due on imported goods and the thresholds applicable vary in each country.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any additional import or custom fees that may be applied when entering your delivery country, this includes shipments to the EU post-Brexit.

FABRIC & WALLPAPER SAMPLES

UK - Samples are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked, usually delivered within 3 business days. We will send you an email confirmation once your samples are on their way to you.

 

OUTSIDE THE UK - We ship using Royal Mail International Tracked, UPS or DHL, usually delivered in:

• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

• Worldwide delivery aim: 7-10 working days

PARCELS

 

Fabric - shipping can be directly to you from our partners. Delivery time - within 3 weeks for UK, up to 4 weeks for EU and Worldwide*.

• Your order will be sent using a tracked service from Royal Mail, UPS or DHL. Alternative delivery provider could be used in some cases.

• Most fabrics are in standard shipped folded, some have to be shipped on a roll. If you have any questions, please contact us on info@damiandem.com. Rolls shipping is usually applied only for orders in the United Kingdom. EU and Worldwide shipping usually remains folded for all orders.

Wallpaper - shipping directly to you from our partners. Delivery time - within 4 weeks to UK, up to 6 weeks for Europe and Worldwide*. In some instances where shipping is to EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Japan, delivery period could be longer due to customs. Price calculated on check out.

Murals - shipping directly to you from our partners. Delivery time - within 4 weeks, up to 6 weeks for Europe and Worldwide*. In some instances where shipping is to EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Japan, delivery period could be longer due to customs. Price calculated on check out.

Lampshades - due to their fragile nature and size, lampshades are sent separately and will be charged in line with our courier fees. Please note that we are currently only able to offer shipping to the UK and Europe for our lampshades - please get in touch if you are outside of these regions and would like a shipping quote for lampshades.

 

Prints - delivery within 10 business days. In some instances where shipping is to EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Japan, delivery period could be longer due to customs. Price calculated on check out.

 

Cushions - delivery within 4 weeks for UK, up to 6 weeks for Europe and Worldwide*. In some instances where shipping is to EU, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Japan, delivery period could be longer due to customs. Price calculated on check out.

Please note - in some cases, orders will be shipped in multiple packages/delivered at different times.

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with the tracking details for your order.

Prices and delivery times are for website orders only. Trade orders and bespoke services are subject to additional time scale / delivery charges. This will be confirmed when placing your order.

 

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Orders delivered outside the UK are subject to import taxes, duties and handling fees at point of import.
